Founded by attorneys Blake Rosenberg and Heather Parker, Manor Law Group was built to offer something different: a legal experience that’s personal, responsive, and grounded in real-world results.


Heather and Blake each had thriving practices, but they knew they could serve the community better together. After forming Rosenberg & Parker, LLC in 2016, they quickly became a go-to real estate firm in Naperville for agents, brokers, and families seeking smooth closings, honest guidance, and practical estate planning. As the team expanded, so did the firm’s services—growing into what is now Manor Law Group. That growth has allowed them to support clients in business matters, probate, bankruptcy, and comprehensive estate planning, all with the same focus on accessibility, communication, and client care.


Today, Manor Law Group serves clients across Northern Illinois, combining deep local knowledge with a commitment to making legal services feel more human.

Founding Partner

Blake A. Rosenberg

Blake began his career managing title operations for a mid-sized title company, overseeing thousands of closings annually. His extensive experience in real estate transactions, combined with his commitment to client success, has made him a trusted advisor in the field. A lifelong resident of Naperville,


Blake lives with his wife, two sons, and their two labs. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, boating and watching his sons play hockey.

Founding partner

Heather C. Parker

Heather is a real estate, estate planning, and business attorney, licensed in Illinois, Tennessee and California*, and has a unique background in financial services and construction defect litigation. She loves assisting families as they move in or move on from their homes,and walking with them through life changes through estate planning, probate, and trust administration. She also represents small businesses in formation and succession planning, and serves as outside general counsel for companies in Illinois and Tennessee.


Heather lives in Naperville with her husband, three children, and two rambunctious goldendoodles. In her free time, she likes to read, sing, and indulge in her hobby of collecting fragrances.

Mary Barrett Kirby

Mary Barrett Kirby runs our Chicago office, serving Chicago, the North Shore, and surrounding areas. A life-long resident of Chicago, where she resides with her husband and three children, she has been practicing residential real estate law since 2006. She was a founding partner of Manor Law, LLC where she practiced until joining our firm in early 2023.


Mary enjoys cooking, traveling, watching her children enjoy various sports and activities and volunteering with local non-profits close to her heart including Refugee Community Connection Chicago and The Night Ministry.

Senior Counsel

Mark C. Metzger

Mark was the Founder and Principal of the Law Office of Mark C. Metzger until he brought his expertise to Manor Law Group in early 2025. Mark has more than 36 years of experience in the practice of real estate, business law, estate planning, probate and trust administration, and he provides a complete range of legal services to businesses and individuals in Naperville and throughout the greater Chicago area. He is committedto providing his clients with the highest level of personal service in the areas of business entity formation, business operations and business succession.

Matthew Ward

Matt is a real estate attorney who worked with Mark Metzger for four years before joining Manor Law Group. Prior to that, he worked as a title abstractor in the Oil and Gas industry for several years. Matthew is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Pennsylvania.


Matt currently lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with his wife and three young children. In his free time, he enjoys being with his children and volunteering in local youth sports programs.

Veronica Silva

Veronica Silva joined Manor Law Group’s Naperville office after spending over a decade at large and mid-sized law firms in downtown Chicago. She focuses on real estate, bankruptcy, and estate planning, providing clients with clear, practical legal guidance. With five years as a residential real estate broker, Veronica offers a well-rounded perspective on property transactions, helping clients take control of their financial futures, and working to ensure her clients’ wishes are honored for generations. Originally from Argentina, Veronica is fluent in Spanish and enjoys connecting with clients from diverse backgrounds


Veronica lives in Aurora with her two teenagers and her rescue dog, Georgina. In her free time, she loves traveling with her kids, practicing yoga, reading, and watching movies.

Legal Assistant

Laura A. Haynes Joos

Laura handles all of our sale-side transactions, from title clearance, balancing figures, and preparing sale documents, but she does so much more. She keeps everything together for us and is a dedicated and invaluable member of our team. Her dogs, four sons, and extended family keep her busy, but in her free time she loves scrapbooking, movies, country music and traveling to Texas.

Client Care manager

Pam Blanchard

Pam is a perfect fit as our estate planning, probate and trust administration Client Care Manager. Her organized, caring, and compassionate approach is exactly what our clients need when they are managing life transitions. She has three grown children, is an active member at The Compass Church, leads the annual District 204 Giftmart event, and serves refugee families.
